Real learning is gained through practical exposure and shared knowledge. With this objective, the Training and Placement Cell at the DMIMS campus successfully organized “Lakshya 4.0”, a Mock Campus Recruitment Drive, to provide first-year MBA students with a glimpse of the professional world. The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from a total of 196 students, who actively engaged in various stages of the recruitment process. The drive offered valuable hands-on experience, enhancing students’ confidence, employability skills, and understanding of real-time corporate expectations.
