Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies (DMIMS), conducted an Induction programme on 27th December, 2021 for the newly joined students of 1st year. Transitioning from basic education to professional education is one of the most challenging events in a students’ life. The reason for induction program is to help students to adjust and feel comfortable in the new environment, inculcate in them the culture of the institution and help them build pleasant relations with their new batchmates and the faculty members. The Induction program was a perfect mixture of learning & fun.
