Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies (DMIMS) organized an industry-oriented workshop titled “From Ideas to Impact: Entrepreneurial Workshop” on 03 September 2025.
The session was conducted by Mr. Mukund Bhade, HR Head at Tata Steel, providing students with direct exposure to industry-driven perspectives on innovation and impact creation.
The workshop emphasized the journey from ideation to execution, highlighting how entrepreneurial thinking, strategic alignment, and people management contribute to creating measurable impact within organizations. Through industry examples and experiential insights, students gained clarity on translating ideas into structured initiatives aligned with real-world business expectations.
The session strengthened students’ understanding of entrepreneurial and corporate ecosystems and underlined the critical role of leadership and human capital in driving sustainable outcomes.
