Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies hosted AICTE-ATAL-FDP on ‘Quantification of Human resources with HR Analytics’ from 19th -23rd July on virtual mode. Participants from PAN India, renowned corporate and also from some premier institutes had registered for this faculty development program. This FDP was fully sponsored by AICTE under its AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy. Seat capacity as per AICTE norms is 200 participants, and the progam had full registration. Dr. Shiney Chib Director DMIMS was the the Program coordinator. The FDP covered the recent topics under HR like HR Analytics, predictive analytics and Data visualization through Tableau etc. National level resource persons like Dr. Saurabh Agarwal, consultant-IBM Bangalore & UNESCO, Dr. Rahul Pratap Singh, Associate Professor , PIMR Gwalior, Dr. Medha Dixit DGM NCI, Dr. Rekha Sharma, HRD-RTMNU & Dr. Rucha Lohi Assistant Professor, DMIMS are the prominent resource persons of this FDP.
