Training session conducted at Ceinsys on Work Pressure and Stress Handling for the managers. The training session was conducted on 29th May 2021.The expert speaker for the session was Dr. Rucha Lohi, Assistant Professor and Training Head, Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies. The objective of the session was to enable the managers handle the work pressure & manage stress in order to perform effectively. The session highlighted on various techniques to that can be used to manage the work stress.
